The site's URL is changed again. The new URL is as follows:
The first URL on XREA is the main site. The second one on AAA! Cafe is the backup. Contents of the two sites are synchronized.
I also changed contact mail address. (See "About the author" for details.)
The following old URLs are removed.
If you really want to link one or more of these pages, (I guess you never does,) you can do it as you want. The link may be to this page or one of its subsidiaries. You don't need to contact to the author asking for permissions. However, the URL to each page may eventually be changed, so you should be responsible to maintain validity of the link. I don't operate URL-change-notification mailing list.
